Bailey's Cafe is the place to go for a proper breakfast to start your day, either full on a plate or sandwiched in bread, toast or baguette with a wide choice of beverages from tea and coffees to soft drinks or water.
Whether calling in or calling from work we can cater for your needs with fresh daily ingredients cooked on site in our newly refurbished premises.
If there is anything you want or suggestions to make we will listen and do whatever we can to make sure your experience with us is so good you will have to come back again.
We want to offer a traditional English breakfast experience but understand that healthier food is preferred so we will bake and grill as much as possible to reduce the fat content of our meals.
There has been a cafe in Tile Cross for many years in different guises - located on Tile Cross Lane amongst a row of shops - Bailey's has been completely renovated in a classic contemporary modern style to offer very relaxed surroundings. There is seating for up to 24 people and a couple of leather sofas with coffee tables in case you want to jump on the WiFi and work on your laptop while drinking coffee and eating a snack.
Smoking will only be allowed in the designated area to the rear of the premises.

"I have a passion for food and have longed to run my own cafe for many years having spent over 20 years managing in various food manufacturing sites making bread, morning goods, cakes, cheesecakes and patisseries for most major suppliers to the high street supermarkets.
I have great background knowledge of food legislation, safety and hygiene and have transferred this into the refurbishment and aesthetics of Bailey's. I want everyone to enjoy their experience eating here. All my staff are trained to relevant food hygiene levels.
